They were willing to get me help immediately and work with my schedule. The service and technician (Jeremy) was excellent. He was very informative, professional and knowledgeable! I cannot say enough good about this company and the owner. My heat stopped working on Thanksgiving Day (I was almost 9 months pregnant at this time) and WITHOUT hesitation -- Colt and Dalton were at my house within an hour after calling him -- they had the issue diagnosed. A part had to be ordered and within a matter of days -- the part was put on and my heat was up and running. I was absolutely loss for words at the response with time and customer service that I got with this company. Hands down - -TOP NOTCH SERVICE.

Amazed with the people and quality of work from this Herron Heating and Air! I cannot say enough about this company! We called Tuesday evening- after dealing w 3 other companies for 11 days with no air conditioning. The owner sent someone over to evaluate our system. Wednesday morning 2 workers showed up, walked me through all of the problems, and installed 2 new units. When they left everything was clean, the new unit was cooling and the old units were taken to be discarded. The workers were pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable, professional. The next day the owner called to ask how my unit was working and how I felt about the work. Only after I told him how impressed I was with his company and the work they had done did he say he would bill me. This is how all companies should be run. Loyal, proud of their work and professional! I highly recommend for all heating and air concerns

Very satisfied with service that Herron Cooling & Heat offered. Had to contact them at 7:30p on a Sunday evening and by 8:00p - their technicians were present. Called around the McDowell area but no one was available - commuted from Burke county and had my unit up and running within 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend Herron C&H and will definitely be using them for all of my cooling & heating needs in the future.

Colt and his team did an excellent job with the install of our new mini split unit. He was quick to resolve any questions we had. They have earned my business for future home needs. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are the best in the business. I called and asked for a quote on Tuesday, had a fair estimate by Wednesday, and an entire new heating and cooling system in by Friday at noon. Very good crew that takes pride in good work and happy customers.

I highly recommend Herron Heating and Cooling for your HVAC service. They take pride in providing quality, efficient service and it shows!! The motor on my unit went out, and I called them and they responded immediately to me. The technicians came fixed the problem in an hour, and told me that if it was not right to give them a call first thing and they would be out. Colt even called the next day to check on the repair and see if they could be of any additional service. I can not give this company enough stars! If you are looking for someone that stands behind their work and wants to do things right, you have found the right place!!

Herron Heating and Cooling responded promptly to our call even though it was just before the holiday weekend. They told us when they would be able to come out. On the appointed day and within a fifteen minute window Daniel, the service man called and said his present call was running a bit over but he would be there in an hour or less.....which he was. He called when he was on his way. He was neat, very professional, polite, and the kind of person you are happy to have in your home. He fixed our problems in about an hour and the cost was so reasonable. We have never had anything but excellent work and outstanding people from this contractor. Thank you!

Herron Heating & Cooling is the best! Customer Service has always been so helpful over the phone and Colt and his crew have always performed top notch work. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and a caring group. These guys just replaced our 24 year old unit and also installed our Mitsubishi Mini Split Units for our detached 30x40 garage. We were able to receive our quotes, review the specs and costs and then schedule our installs within a couple days. Each visit was initiated with a courtesy text with the time of arrival and courtesy text with time of completion. They are all very professional, but most of all, personable and trustworthy. My experience from start to finish with Herron was amazing. Colt came out the same day I contacted the office, and looked over our unit and determined we needed a replacement. He had us an estimate before the end of the day. The next morning Jamie and Travis was there changing out our system. We were up and running again within a few hours. They both were very professional, courteous, and clean up spotless before leaving.The office personnel from starting with Kelcie to set up the appointment and finishing with Albert to pay and finish up the process was all super smooth and great through out this whole process. These guys do a great job, they are reasonable and when other hvac companies said they couldn't add a pan under our furnace because of the tight space, they made it happen. I would highly recommend!

Truly top-notch group of people from the office to the techs. It's rare to find a company that combines the conveniences of the modern world with the respect and dependability of another time. I was kept well-informed before, during, and after the repair including receiving the tech's name and photo ahead of time. After calling within 24 hours they sent their service technician Jamie out with a helper Bryan to ensure the job was done properly and fast, he was not only knowledgeable, super friendly, but extremely professional, he had the job done within a few hours.
